Return Request Period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during shipping.

Defective.

Different from the item you ordered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and its original packaging.
Our team will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality control and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Used products.

Opened, unwrapped, or partially used stretch film rolls.

Custom-made or special-order products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error by Rosol Services (incorrect, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different product, you may place a new order. If your original product meets the requirements outlined in this Return Policy, you may request a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
Any claim related to shipping damage or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of both the product and its original packaging.
